Refund policy

At Creative Aesthetics Touches LLC (CatArts), every painting board and artwork is handcrafted with meticulous care. Because our pieces are custom-made or unique artistic creations, we maintain clear guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Artwork (Non-Returnable)

  • All custom commissions, personalized pieces, and specific size-ordered painting boards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Once a custom art production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled. All custom sales are final.
  • To initiate a return, please email us for the return address. Customers must arrange their own trackable shipping through a carrier of their choice.

2. Premade Painting Boards & Art (14-Day Return Window)

  • For non-customized, premade painting boards, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your package is marked delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original, secure protective packaging.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned premade items.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes. All returns must be sent via a trackable and insured shipping service. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • While our system may show a nominal placeholder fee, actual costs will be determined by the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of the artwork and the shipping destination.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries (Full Coverage)

  • Art pieces are highly fragile. If your painting board arrives damaged or broken due to transit carrier handling, we will offer a full replacement or refund.
  • Action Required: You must email us info@catarts.net within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear high-resolution photographs of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging materials.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our studio, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 7 business days.
  • If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@catarts.net.
