Do you ship internationally?

Do you make custom paintings?

Each CatArts painting is handcrafted using professional artist-grade materials. Every artwork is built layer by layer for depth and long-lasting color.

Will the colors look exactly like what I see onscreen?

We photograph our artwork using mobile devices in carefully chosen natural light to ensure accurate color representation and do not use photo editing to alter the artwork. Small differences may occur due to screen brightness and color settings. In real life, many clients say the artwork looks richer and more vibrant than on screen.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the type of artwork: Within GCC: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch. International: usually 8–15 business days after dispatch. Custom-made pieces may need extra time before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.

What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

Your artwork is packed with multi-layer protective packaging. If damage happens in transit: (1) take clear photos of the damage and packaging, (2) contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and (3) we will review and offer a solution such as repair, replacement (if possible), or a refund depending on the case.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because CatArts sells original, one-of-a-kind artworks, returns are limited. If the piece is truly not suitable for your space, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will review options case-by-case (exchange or partial refund depending on condition and shipping). Items must be in the same condition received, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How do I care for my CatArts painting?

Avoid strong direct sunlight for long periods, do not hang in very humid areas, dust gently with a soft dry cloth, and do not use water or chemicals. For resin/glossy pieces, use only a very soft dry microfiber cloth.

What payment methods do you accept?

CatArts uses PayPal as a secure online payment gateway and accepts major credit/debit cards through PayPal’s encrypted checkout. For large projects or custom orders, bank transfer can be arranged upon request.

Do the paintings come with a frame?
